  • Does Dr. Alarcio see adult patients?

    Yes. She treats neurological disorders in children and adults. You can contact the front office for more information.

  • What conditions does Dr. Alarcio treat?

    Dr. Alarcio is a fellowship-trained neurologist with special qualifications for child neurology.

  • Does Dr. Alarcio do general pediatrics?

    No, Dr. Alarcio is a specialist and is not a general pediatrician nor a primary care doctor. For concerns about general health and care, contact your primary care doctor.

  • Does Dr. Alarcio do neuro-cognitive evaluations?

    She is currently only doing 45-minute computerized ones at this time.

  • Does Dr. Alarcio diagnose autism, PANDAS, and ADHD?

    Dr. Alarcio does diagnose and treat PANDAS as she is one of sixteen experts in the country for autoimmune encephalitis. However, while she offers biomedical and integrative treatment for autism and ADHD, she screens patients, then refers them to a developmental evaluation for accurate diagnosis or for comprehensive neuropsychological testing.

  • Does Dr. Alarcio work with other doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, etc.?

    Dr. Alarcio does sometimes collaborate with other medical professionals. For referrals, please contact your primary care doctor.

  • Can IV infusions take place in the clinic?
